Independent Educational Evaluations

An Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) provides an independent assessment of a student's educational needs. An IEE does not guarantee a particular special education eligibility determination, placement, service, accommodation, or outcome.

When an IEE is requested at public expense, the evaluation is subject to applicable federal and state requirements and the procedures of the responsible school district or educational agency.

6. Scheduling and Appointments

Submitting an inquiry or requesting an appointment does not guarantee availability.

Appointments are confirmed only after the appropriate scheduling and intake requirements have been completed.

Additional policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, payment, and missed appointments may be provided as part of the professional service agreement or intake process.
